It’s simple, hyper focused, hyper local experienced Lic Real Estate Broker Sales Associates and their local “cousins” can be so efficient, the need for high commissions are gone. Every partner has a maximum commission agreement…not a minimum.

Pro bono sales are celebrated by the company. We do them for family and special hardships very close to us, so please refrain from applying direct…it would be overwhelming to me and my Brokers, but…if your Family has a special need and have been turned away…we’ve got you. We will figure something out or find you the help you need, promise.

Every week, volunteers deliver nutritious meals for Meals on Wheels of Sarasota. They tell us it’s also a wellness visit to check on them, but their jokes and stories are richer than any book you could pull off a shelf. But too often, escalating living costs and predatory investors threaten their ability to age in place with peace and dignity.

Beside them are the silent heroes: the highly trained service dogs from Canine Companions for Independence, providing medically necessary physical support, unconditional companionship, and freedom to those navigating life with disabilities.
